Feasibility Studies
Meridian’s broad database available from previous experience provides cost-effective and innovative solutions in the early stage of project planning leading up to completion. Our services in the feasibility stage includes site layout, cost estimating, budget preparation and reports.

Meridian has extensive knowledge of the local area and property available to its clients. We have a unique understanding of property value, particularly with respect to the Lake Simcoe waterfront market.
Design
Meridian has a team of designers and engineers with the ability to create anything our clients could dream. Careful personal understanding of all our homeowners' needs insures a truly custom design perfect for the individual and their property.
Permitting
Our team has intimate knowledge of the surrounding area township personnel and specific requirements. We have also worked closely with the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority to understand the intricate needs of the Lake and how this relates to ease of permitting for construction and landscaping. Meridian is capable of obtaining all permit and support information such as septic designs, truss and floor engineering and heat loss calculations.

Project Management
Management is where Meridian’s exceeds the standard for modern residential construction. Project management services include: Quality control, Bid Evaluation, Trade Management and Coordination, Site Maintenance, Cost and Quantity Tracking, Project Assessment, and Monthly Reporting.
Demolition
Today, vacant lots are precious and in many cases very rare, especially on the Lake Simcoe Waterfront. Meridian has extensive knowledge and experience with the demolition process and understands that many beautiful parcels of land may have existing antiquated structures that require demolition prior to new construction.
